Dear Investors,

We would like to express our deep gratitude to investors for their extraordinary supports and considerations.

The 33rd Ordinary general meeting of shareholders was held the other day (from 1st January to 28th December). Business report and other proceedings went smoothly, all the resolutions were approved and we could close the meeting with no trouble nor concern. We thank you for your continued support and cooperation from our shareholders and we would like to express our gratitude once again.

Regarding this term, we will strongly continue to promote one-stop services we have cultivated over many years and promote nationwide development of branches actively. We all are willing to work together as a whole to fulfill the corporate philosophy of “Contributing to the enrichment of the living environment for people”.

In addition, we will start service early for new business such as “Three Dimensional Road Scan Big Data Sharing System [ROAD-S]” that we have informed previously and we aim to establish a profitable structure.
